How you see yourself is really important, it can be the difference between living a happy life and knowing who you are, or life that is filled with insecurities and lies about yourself. In addition, having good self-esteem can really help when your chips are down and you start questioning who you are.

Everyone in this life has wondered who they are, or felt insecure in their life. With these questions, it's fundamentally about self-esteem. How you see yourself. If you believe that you are superman, you will naturally act like superman. If you believe your the worse loser of all time, then you will be that. It's really important how you see yourself, not only with life, but your health. Ultimately, both will reflect on how you feel about yourself.

The thing about self-esteem, is that you need to know who you are, and not what you have been. A person's actions do not define who they are. The reason so is that, when someone does something it does not change who they are, but rather what they have done with themselves. If someone was to do a bad thing, it wouldn't make them technically a bad person, rather that they would be a person doing a bad thing.

Furthermore, if you rely on your actions as how you view yourself, then you will fall  apart. For what happens, if you see your identity as a good person, but you do something horrible, then now your a bad person. Or what if someone saw themselves as a good mother, what happens if your children do something bad or you mess up one day? You lose your esteem as a good mother and then become a nobody.

The problem with basing your esteem on things like your actions is that we make mistakes, and if you define your actions as the bases of who you are, when you fail, or do something that that you regret, you are that.

To avoid this, you should truly know who you are.You should see for yourself what you are, a human male/female who is born exactly at the right time. You have the either the ability for greatness or much evil. Your unique, there will never be someone else just like you. Your a snowflake, never one the same. Thus you are infinitely priceless.

 Although there may seem like others like you, they will never be the like you. If there were a thousand clones of you, they could never be you. You were born to be to love and be loved. You may do things that will make you proud, or horrified, but whatever happens you are a human. One that can do infinite good or bad.Ever valuable. 

That is who you and not what you have done, but who you are. And all things on who you are and not what you have done or what you will do.
